EINBLIQ.IO is a Munich-based software company developing AI-powered solutions for automated streaming operations.
We help broadcasters, streaming providers, telecom operators and delivery teams improve viewer experience, reliability and operational efficiency. Our platform combines client-side QoE telemetry with CDN logs, request-level delivery data, infrastructure signals and other operational sources to create a comprehensive view across the streaming delivery chain.
By making use of open industry standards such as CMCD, integrations become faster to implement, simpler to maintain and more future-proof. The resulting data foundation also remains open for additional analytics, operational and automation use cases.

SPECTRA, our data intake layer, ingests and standardizes CDN logs, CMCD and client telemetry, encoder and packager data, infrastructure signals and other customer-specific sources. Native support for CMCD and readiness for CMCD v2 enable detailed QoE and delivery analysis without requiring extensive SDK integrations across every player platform.
FOCUS AI combines high-throughput machine learning with domain-aware AI agents. Machine learning first detects anomalies, issue clusters and patterns hidden within massive volumes of operational data. Specialized agents then investigate these findings using streaming expertise and customer-specific context.
The platform determines which viewers, devices, applications, regions, ISPs or delivery components are affected, estimates user impact, compares affected and unaffected groups, identifies likely root causes and recommends the next operational step.
Confirmed findings can be translated into actionable tickets for application, CDN, video workflow or operations teams. In advanced scenarios, EINBLIQ.IO can also support guarded operational actions such as targeted Multi-CDN or Content Steering decisions.
